Li Jing, the supervision center engineer, told reporters that at present, there are more than 140,000 street lamps and 800,000 landscape lights in Hangzhou, and about 230,000 are in public places. After the introduction of this standard, the maintenance of these lamps has a complete reference standard.

For example, in the future, if there is a failure of a city lighting facility, it should be repaired within the stipulated working day, in which the single lamp is not turned on within 2 working days and the large-area light-off failure must be repaired within 24 hours; The publicity materials and advertisements posted, suspended, and set on unauthorized lighting in urban lighting facilities should be cleaned up.
