For example, the price of 5W bulbs is as low as 19-21 yuan, and that of 15W T8 lamps is as low as 37.5 yuan. Li Xuliang believes that in fact, commercial lighting uses LEDs more cost-effectively, because shopping mall lighting is more expensive than factory lighting and street lighting, and LED lighting can be used to recover costs in 1-2 years.
Li Xuliang told reporters that with the decline in prices, the company's sales have also experienced explosive growth. At present, the company's production capacity is full-load production for 24 hours, but it still can't meet the needs of customers, and it needs to outsource part of the production process.
In response to this round of LED lighting market, the price of chips has risen. Li Xuliang said that the company uses a large number of chips, so there is bargaining power. At present, the chips used by the company have not increased in price, and there is still the possibility of price cuts.
Industry insiders pointed out that Qinshang Optoelectronics' outdoor lighting business will return to the high-speed growth track. The acceptance of LED outdoor lighting projects in various cities in Guangdong Province was concentrated at the end of 2013-end of 2014. Since 2013, local municipal governments have invited the company to participate in the tender. It is predicted that Guangdong will be in a period of intensive implementation of policies in 2013, and its market will show a doubling of growth momentum.
