On November 20, NetEase Smart News reported that Cloud from Science and Technology has successfully completed its B-round funding round, raising 500 million yuan. Combined with previous government support from Guangzhou City—totaling 2 billion yuan—the company has now secured a total of 2.5 billion yuan in development funds.
The current round of financing was led by Shunwei Capital, Yuanyu Origin, and Cape China Capital, with additional participation from Yuexiu Investment, Zhangjiang Xinghe, and Qianhai Prosperity. Notably, early-stage investors such as Jiadu Technology and Ren Jie Nan’s Founding Capital also continued their support. Huaxing Alpha served as the sole financial advisor for this round of funding.
According to official statements, following this round of funding, Yunzi Technology will continue to focus on key industries and advance its “Cross Strategy,†leveraging the National Development and Reform Commission's AI platform as its core. The company plans to expand further in sectors like banking, airports, and security, while also nurturing AI startups through national AI platforms. This initiative aims to provide technological empowerment and unlock potential across individuals, organizations, and society.
