In flood control and drought relief, the planned investment is 2.709 billion yuan to complete the Guilin Flood Control and Lancangjiang replenishment hub project; the key sections of the 36 rivers of Guijiang, Xiangjiang, etc. and the 36 rivers of the middle reaches of the Taohuajiang, Liangfeng and Acacia rivers.
