In order to ensure that the system still has higher transmit power and receiving sensitivity under the condition of lower current consumption, the system selects NXP's highly integrated single-chip transmitter PCH7900. The integration of PCH7900 chip is very high, and it can be used for ASK and FSK modulation transmitters with 315/434/868 / 915MHz and data rate up to 40 kbps with few external components. The RF data transmission circuit based on PCH7900 is shown in the figure. The circuit parameters of 315 MHz and 868 MHz transmit frequency are set according to Table 1.
