The T-Contact connector features a patented 6-finger design, machined from beryllium copper to enhance current capacity. Its innovative construction allows for greater durability, with enhanced impact resistance (100G) and vibration resistance (6 hours at 40G per axis). The crimp barrel supports 22AWG cables and complies with IPC-A-620 standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. Gold-plated contacts ensure consistent electrical performance, even under extreme conditions, meeting military-grade specifications. Additionally, the connector can withstand up to 1,000 mating cycles, significantly extending the lifespan of the matching connectors. It operates reliably across a wide temperature range, from -55°C to +125°C.
