Among them, a total of 13,781 batches of electric light sources and lamps were exported in the third quarter with a value of 392 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 17.9% and 36.5% year-on-year respectively.

It is understood that in the third quarter, Zhongshan's exports of electric light sources and lamps were mainly exported to the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Russia and other countries and regions. Among them, the United States exported US$92.73 million worth of goods, an increase of 54.4%, surpassing the EU for the first time to become the largest export market for Zhongshan Lighting. The US market has benefited from the rapid growth of portable lighting and Christmas lighting. As a typical seasonal product, Christmas lighting exports have increased by 112%, which has doubled. Exports to South America and Russia increased by 109% and 53.3%, respectively.

From the third quarter onwards, with the deregulation of registration rights and the implementation of convenience measures related to type trials, many electric light sources and lighting manufacturers outside of free supervision have been attracted back, and some domestic sales companies that have opened up the export market have also joined in exports. group. To this end, the Zhongshan Town Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and the Zhongshan Lighting Association held two sets of lighting standard promotion and testing technology training courses in Henglan Town and Guzhen Town, where lighting companies are most concentrated, to help enterprises improve the quality and quality of the testing personnel. Management capabilities, a total of 216 people from 138 companies participated in the training and examinations, resulting in a good social response.

On the whole, the export growth of electric light sources and lamps in Zhongshan in the third quarter was faster than that in the second quarter. However, with the pressure of appreciation of the renminbi, rising prices of production materials, rising labor costs, and other factors, the company’s costs have increased and the profit margin has been further squeezed. There are many companies that have no one to do or do not dare to do. It is expected that the export volume in the fourth quarter is expected to grow steadily, but the increase is likely to shrink.
