Prior to this technology, OLEDs were fabricated by applying liquid crystal molecule-related materials to glass substrates. After the panel is formed, the excess material is removed. But the drawback of this technology is that it wastes a lot of raw materials.
The new technology is carried out in a film-covered manner. The film is covered on a glass substrate, and the useful material is left on the glass plate by processing, leaving only a small amount of waste, thereby reducing waste of raw materials.
