AR technology started late than VR technology but did not affect its potential. The VR market has fallen into a downturn, but the AR market has shown a thriving vigor. According to reports, the Apple AR glasses project has been rumored in the industry, but there is no definite news, Apple CEO Cook recently accepted an interview to respond to this matter. It seems that his answer is also suggesting the existence of the AR glasses project.
We have reported a lot of news about Apple AR glasses, but the news reported by the reporters basically came from patents, supply chains, market research and informed sources, and never had Apple's official statement and comments. However, in the recent Apple earnings conference, Apple CEO Cook’s answer to the reporter’s question seems to imply the existence of the Apple AR glasses project.
In the earnings conference call, the reporter asked Cook a question: "In the future, we will see Apple AR glasses or other forms of AR hardware, not just the iPhone and iPad."
Cook first throws out his usual way of saying, "AR is far-reaching. I think AR can enhance people's efficiency, not isolate people." But Cook continued to answer: "I don't want to say What we have to do. But the current developments make me a little dissatisfied."
Of course, Cook’s answer did not say yes, nor did he say no. But this open-ended answer will obviously make the outside world more willing to believe that Apple's AR glasses will arrive in the future.
