The working voltage is 2.7V~4.5V; the working current is 170~300μA; the working temperature is 0°C～70°C; the output current is 1mA; the output level is ≥0.8V; the output level is ≤0.35V; the typical control accuracy is ±1 ° C; hysteresis temperature is 2 ° C. This circuit can be set to control the temperature at a single point. Only one external resistor is used to set the control temperature, and there are OUT and the opposite OUT (reverse) outputs.
