Within the quota, the capital or the fixed assets such as land and factory buildings shall be invested in the construction of the project. Large projects that invest in the weak or missing links of the LED industry chain in Dongguan can be given key support in accordance with the relevant incentives. For example, if the registered capital is not less than 10 million US dollars and the project with the initial investment of not less than 5 million US dollars is settled in the city, The award will be awarded at a rate of RMB 50,000 per registered capital of RMB 1 million. The maximum reward for each project is no more than RMB 10 million.
