ST introduces new car-grade high-precision 6-axis MEMS inertial sensor

The ASM330LHH can meet the needs of continuous and accurate vehicle positioning to support various types of automation services. In urban canyons, tunnels, covered roads, parking lots or dense forests, satellite signal loss occurs from time to time. In addition, its 6-axis precision inertial data can also meet the needs of advanced autonomous driving systems.

Magneti Marelli chose the ASM330LHH for its advanced telematics system as a raw device in a series of models that will be launched by the global automotive group in the future.

For the ASM330LHH and the MEMS sensors it contains, ST has mastered the entire manufacturing process from sensor design to wafer fabrication, packaging, testing, calibration and supply. This complete end-to-end control enables ST to create a high-performance sensor while ensuring a strong and responsive supply chain through rigorous end-of-line quality screening.
