The "Opinions" also clarified the seven major policy measures for the development of semiconductor lighting energy-saving industry, including overall planning, promoting the healthy and orderly development of the industry, continuing to increase the support for semiconductor lighting technology innovation, and actively implementing incentive policies to promote the development of semiconductor lighting energy-saving industries. .
The "Opinions" also require that all levels of finance, taxation, science and technology and other departments should promote the implementation of state-owned enterprises that produce new types of energy-saving lighting products, engage in the import of self-use equipment for projects encouraged by the state, and the technology and accessories and spare parts that are imported with equipment according to the contract. Preferential policies for exemption of import tariffs within the prescribed scope.
