Seven mobile version of the new Llano APU collectively listed

Llano APU will start with seven models on the mobile platform. According to the road map, we will see another seven upgrades in the fourth quarter of this year. In the HP Pavilion dv7 notebook configuration list, these seven new APUs have been collectively listed.

The four-core A8 series has three models: the A8-3530MX, A8-3510MX, and A8-3500M. Next, two new A8-3350MX and A8-3520M models will be added. The former will increase the dynamic frequency of the original clock/ Turbo Core to 2.0/2.7GHz, the latter reached 1.6/2.5GHz, both increased by 100MHz.

A6-3410MX and A6-3400M are available in the quad-core A6 series. The upgraded versions are named A6-3430MX and A6-3420M, respectively, and are also accelerated at 100MHz, reaching 1.7/2.4GHz and 1.5/2.4GHz, respectively.

In the dual-core A4 series, A4-3310MX and A4-3300M are currently available, and there are three A4-3330MX, A4-3320MX, and A4-3305M to be added, but the upgrade rules are more complicated. The original frequency of the A4-3330MX increased by 300 MHz to 2.4 GHz, but the acceleration frequency only increased by 100 MHz to 2.6 GHz. The intermediate A4-3320MX has an acceleration frequency of 2.6 GHz, but the original frequency is reduced by 100 MHz to 2.0 GHz. The A4-3305M is even more strange. The original frequency and acceleration frequency have not changed.

Such a confusing set-up doesn't really know what AMD thinks or what HP might label incorrectly.

Special attention needs to be paid to the thermal design power consumption. The first batch of models in the end of the MX are 45W, the end of the M is 35W, and now are unified into a 45W. It seems that the new model will not only accelerate the CPU part (except for the A4-3305M), but the frequency of the GPU part will certainly be higher. Unfortunately, this part of the data is not yet available.

According to the roadmap, there will be a new platform Deccan in the second quarter of 2012, and the processor will be upgraded to Trinity, a bulldozer architecture.
