The expert group highly affirmed the performance of Hongli Optoelectronics' “standardized good behavior enterprise”. Since the establishment of the “Standardized Good Behavior Enterprise”, Hongli Optoelectronics has established a standardization management committee in a short period of time to coordinate the company's management standardization work and set up a standardization management department, which has changed the situation of the previous non-standardized permanent establishment. To ensure that the standardization management will not be politicized, and some standardization basic work and management documents for standardization work can be managed by the Standardization Management Committee.

Hongli Optoelectronics sorts out the internal documents of the company, and at the same time establishes and perfects the company's standardization work network. All departments are equipped with full-time and part-time personnel, which clarifies the responsibilities of standardization organizations at all levels. In order to promote the company's standardization work, the Standardization Committee issued standardization work plans and work standards, management standards, technical standards, and regulatory revision plans, and timely collected, revised, revised, and abolished relevant standards, and standardized information. Organizing and forwarding ensures the timeliness of the standard.

In order to improve the standardization of employees throughout the company and cultivate a team of standardized management backbones, on the one hand, the professionals of the Guangzhou Institute of Standardization were invited to teach the company, and regularly participated in the training organized by the District Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and carried out in conjunction with the actual situation of the company. Different forms of standard training and publicity have created a good atmosphere for standard learning, which has greatly promoted the creation of various reviews. In September 2013, the company submitted a confirmation application to the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and comprehensively promoted the work of standardization and good behavior enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the development of standardized and good behavior enterprises.

Hongli Optoelectronics combs and analyzes the original standards, organizes a detailed list of standard systems with reasonable structure and complete levels, and revise and compile a large number of standards according to the requirements of the enterprise standard system. The company completed the preparation of the required documents and the establishment of the standard system, which was officially implemented. The standard system included all the system documents, standard texts and rules and regulations required for production, operation and management, and collected 732 standards. Among them, there are 381 technical standards, 132 management standards, and 134 working standards; 321 standardization laws and regulations and management regulations are implemented by enterprises, and 85 laws, regulations and rules are applied by enterprises. In addition, the expert group also put forward constructive opinions on the company's well-standardized enterprises. It is hoped that the company will continue to promote the enterprise standard system by using the PDCA method.

Through the development of standardization work, Hongli Optoelectronics' management philosophy has gradually changed from traditional management to modern management; management mode has changed from experience management to scientific management, management mode has changed from transaction coordination to quality technology; Development, management has achieved phased results. However, there are still some shortcomings in our standardization work. For example, the standard system needs to be improved, the coordination between standards needs to be improved, and the implementation supervision of standards needs to be further strengthened. We must face up to the problems in our work, constantly improve the enterprise standard system in practice, and push the enterprise standard work to a new height.
