West Dianxi New Transformer Passes Identification

Recently, the national-level technical appraisal meeting for new products of West-to-West Transformer was held at Tianyi Hotel in Xi’an. The appraisal meeting was hosted by China Machinery Industry Federation. Attendance at the appraisal was attended by Lu Yanjun, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, Director Li Qin of the Three Gorges Project, Dr. Zhang Lichao of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Director Wang Shuqiang of the Energy Bureau. Before the appraisal meeting was convened, the appraisal committee's test team entered Xidian West Transformer in advance and checked the company's test equipment and instrumentation verification/verification certificates. At the meeting, the appraisal committee heard reports on the energy-saving design and test results, technology, standardization, production and test equipment and quality, environment, and occupational health three standard systems of the development unit, reviewed the submitted identification data, technical documents, and new The report had rigorously queried the technical personnel of the research and development unit. The final nine products passed the national appraisal, of which two reached the international advanced level and seven reached the international advanced level.

Nine new products passed the appraisal, which are the major products required by the national key projects for energy saving and environmental protection undertaken by West China Electric Power West, including the low end of the national grid company Jinping-Sulan ±800kV DC transmission project. Four high-end converter transformers and four high-end converters; China Southern Power Grid Corporation Xiluodu-Guangdong ±500kV DC conversion project with two specifications of the converter transformer and dry type smoothing reactor; Guangdong Taishan Nuclear Power Plant 500kV split transformer; Shanxi Yuci North 500kV substation with dismantling transport, on-site assembled high-impedance large-capacity power transformers.
