An annular suction cover can be added at the outlet of the copper water, which can effectively control When the copper water melts and pours out, the smoke system can also install a rotary joint with a rotating shaft of the tilting furnace on the reventilation pipe to ensure that the annular suction hood can also rotate when the tilting furnace rotates. Turn around to ensure the efficiency of dust collection while increasing the flexibility of the dust removal system.

The use of such a design can effectively prevent the smoke and dust pollution in the copper tube manufacturing process. However, when designing the system, it is also necessary to consider a necessary practical factor, that is, the temperature of the soot, and the general bag filter is using the filter belt. When the dust is removed, the temperature of the filter bag is temperature-resistant, and the temperature of the soot when the copper pipe is manufactured reaches 1200 degrees. If the filter material of the bag filter is not carefully selected, high-temperature smoke burns the bag easily. The situation, but currently widely used high heat-resistant filter material, PTFE or stainless steel fiber, the heat-resistant temperature is far below 1200 degrees, which requires the installation of flue gas cooling device before the bag filter. If the temperature drops, you can also use the method of lengthening the dust collection pipe to cool naturally. If you use the latter, you need to set the temperature control device before the bag filter contacts the smoke. Once the smoke dust exceeds the pre-warning temperature of the bag filter, Stop the entire system immediately.
