The method of refueling the screw nut is: After the full stroke of the electric cylinder is extended, the motor is stopped and the power is cut off. The screw plug at the injection hole of the screw oil on the cylinder barrel is opened, and the fuel plug is used for refueling. After refueling, Install the screw plug, turn on the power, and walk 2 to 3 times for the whole journey.
7. When commissioning the servo electric cylinder, it should be done at low speed first, and then increase the speed after everything is normal to avoid damage to the electric cylinder.

10. Resonance may occur when the effective stroke is too large, and the maximum speed should be relatively reduced when the stroke is greater.

1) Lubrication is very necessary when servo electric cylinders are used. If there is not enough lubrication, the frictional resistance will increase during operation and may become the main reason to shorten the product life. Lubrication methods are roughly divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication. Depending on the operating speed of the system, the use of the environment and other needs to make appropriate choices

Standard type

4. The built-in oil circuit system ensures even lubrication of the slides and screws during oil filling and maintenance, effectively achieving the function of parts maintenance.
