2. The technical parameters provided by the bidding equipment must be consistent with the sample parameters. It is required that the registered capital of the air-cooled vortex generator manufacturers be ≥ 60 million yuan, pass the ISO quality system certification and obtain production licenses, etc., and provide relevant information when bidding. If the bidder is an agent or distributor, he must provide the manufacturer's authorization.
3. The legal representative is two or more legal persons of the same person. The parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary company and its holding company may not bid at the same time in this project.
4. There has been no case of borrowing others or lending qualifications or performance to others.
5. With good bank credit and business reputation, the company was not ordered to suspend business, property was frozen, taken over, bankruptcy, and there had been no corruption issues such as bribing the tenderee. The bidder did not default on any of the contracts within the last five years, or was arbitrated, or any contract was terminated due to the bidder’s reasons.
6. There is no unfavorable supply of defects in China Huadian Corporation. In the last five years, no liability accidents (including personal accidents) occurred in the equipment and subcontracted works for the power industry or other industries.
7. In the last three years, there has been no fraudulent bid, serious breach of contract, and there has been no major or higher quality and safety liability accident in the equipment supplied. There are no major lawsuit cases that have not yet been settled.
8. The bidder shall have the experience (with instructions or supporting documents) for installing the same/similar equipment and facilities, and the bidder shall have corresponding qualifications and capabilities in terms of professional technology, quality control, and operation and management.
