1. Selection of installation methods

Z method DN200mm-6000mm pipe preferred Z method, in the V method can not detect the signal or signal quality is also poor when the Z method can also be used. When installing, the vertical distance between the two sensors in the direction of the tube axis is equal to the mounting distance, and the two sensors are guaranteed to be on the same axial plane, and the emission direction must be relative (the two sensors are facing inward). Since the Z method is an ultrasonic wave that is directly transmitted and received in the medium propagation, the signal has no reflection, and thus the signal strength is minimally attenuated. 2. Enter the measurement parameters and get the installation distance
Before the start of the measurement, the flowmeter needs to be initially set. Usually, the menus No. 10-26 are set one by one (the M39 menu is available in multiple languages). After the settings are completed, the sensor installation distance can be obtained on the M25. This distance is Refers to the distance between the innermost edges of the two sensors and uses this data to mount the sensor.

3. Process installation point
There are two mounting points for the external clip sensor, which is divided into an upstream sensor and a downstream sensor. When dealing with the two mounting points, the processing area of ​​one mounting point and the size of the probe can be almost the same. The processing area of ​​the other mounting point should be 2, 3 times the size of the probe (centered on the mounting point) in order to debug signals. . First, clean the area outside the tube where the sensor is to be installed and remove the rust and paint. If there is a rust-proof layer, it should also be removed. It is best to grind the metallic luster with a sander and wipe off the oil and dust with a clean rag.
