Memory function, for some important process parameters, can only be recorded by inspection, lack of specifications, data is not accurate. Most of these meters do not have a memory function. Some meters with a memory function are mostly paper recorders. A paper recorder not only needs frequent paper changes, but also has trouble when inquiring about some necessary data.
In order to better manage this production line, it is necessary to save key data into the file and hope to be able to query the production data through the computer network and keep abreast of the production status. (2) It has effectively supervised the control of the kiln exhaust fan speed. The number of fan rotations directly controls the amount of ventilation in the kiln. Before the recorder is installed, there is no effective monitoring means for negative pressure control. After the recorder is installed, the speed of the exhaust fan can be effectively monitored, which plays a positive role in the stable operation of the rotary kiln.
(3) Monitoring the speed of the feeder. In order to ensure the stability of the smoke chamber temperature, it is necessary to adjust the speed of the coal feeder in time. Since the use of a recorder, the rotation speed can correspond to the kiln temperature and the pulverized coal combustion can be obtained.
(4) Detection of gas flow in waste heat furnace. Before installing the recorder, some see the pyrotechnics change the metering sensor by artificial means, resulting in false high yield. In order to prevent this from happening, the gas flow in the waste heat furnace needs to be detected. By comparing the curves, it is possible to locate the false high production time.
