The controller makes up for the limitations of the previous single-chip microcomputer and micro-relay control, thereby achieving powerful functions such as balance delay adjustment, timing switch, and network communication. At the same time, the machine also has a concise LCD man-machine interface, pressure, inflation frequency, working hours and other important parameters can be intuitively displayed on the LCD screen, and another synchronous dynamic bar graph to make users at a glance. The MOTOROLA high quality silicon pressure sensor is used to acquire signals, which makes the device highly reliable and highly accurate.

1.1 Network Communication: This machine integrates a standard RJ45 Ethernet interface. It can communicate with the user's main monitoring computer through the ordinary network cable, and can realize the remote operation completely equivalent to the local remote.

1.2 Balance delay adjustment: When the inflator reaches the upper pressure limit, the machine provides >100 kinds of balanced inflation mode, which solves the phenomenon of virtual charge, pressure drop, repeated start and so on in the process of inflation, and the inflation delay is 1-100. Seconds can be set.

1.3 Time switch machine: The user can set the start and stop time of each day. If the timer mode is selected, the device will start and stop automatically according to the set time.

1.4 Timeout alarm: When the inflator continues to inflate for 30 minutes and still not reach the set pressure limit, the inflator alarms. The user can adjust the time for setting continuous inflation to 1 to 100 minutes.

1.5 Alarm elimination: When the inflator has a time-out alarm, the inflator will alarm + stop and the shutdown time will be 10 minutes. Users can adjust the alarm setting and downtime, 1 to 100 minutes.

1.6 Number of times: The machine's super-times work alarm (ie, the number of times the inflator is started in a certain period of time) facilitates the user's judgment and monitoring of the operating status of the inflator and the system. The user can set 1 to 10000 inflator work start within 24 hours.

1.7 Alarm Form: The machine provides three types of alarms.

A. Acousto-optic alarm: indicator light, buzzer beep.

B. Optical alarm: The indicator flashes.

C. Network alarm: When the inflator or system fails, remotely report the user management system.

3. The working principle is briefly described

When the system is installed and connected, open the front panel power switch, the power indicator light, select the normal mode or balance mode, the inflator into the running state, the charge indicator light; when the working pressure rises to the set pressure upper limit when the pump stops working , Solenoid valve is closed so that the air pressure is maintained pressure state, the charge indicator light is off. When the pressure gradually falls below the set lower limit, the solenoid valve opens and the air pump starts again. This cycle keeps the system pressure constant between the upper and lower limits. At the same time, the internal smart logic controller detects the pressure change and pump operation in real time through the pressure sensor. When the system leaks or works abnormally, it immediately sends an alarm and promptly instructs the maintenance personnel to overhaul it.
