Application of Jinding belt weigher in Hangzhou garbage power plant

In the second phase of technological transformation, Hangzhou Waste Power Plant implements economic and technical indicators throughout the entire production process. The amount of incoming waste of the entire industry and the amount of coal blended into the furnace are all measured using electronic belt scales and used as the main parameters of industrial control. The design of the belt weigher equipment during the plant design is not high, as shown in Table 1. When the conventional design belt speed is 2.5m/s, the ICS-17A electronic belt weigher, that is, the double-lever four-roller scale frame, should be used, and the weighing accuracy can reach 0.5%. The ICS-17B scale rack is a single lever. Group roller, its weighing accuracy of only 1.0%.

Belt scale check:
At present, most of the newly-built waste power plants in China are equipped with cyclical chain code simulation load inspection devices. There is no design of a dedicated belt scale physical inspection device. After the first verification of the belt scale must be verified with a physical object, it is difficult to find the correction factor. After many times of communication with the user, a consensus is reached and the “bagging method” is adopted. Measuring the method of physical inspection method, find out the error of cyclic chain code simulation load test and physical inspection, and correct the interval value.
